	10. Correctional system facility objects
	Article 54-Executive Officer-Systems
54.1	Executive Officer-Systems
	The Executive Officer- Systems shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the systems, information and technology of a Correctional Facility.
	The Executive Officer- Systems shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of the Commander of the Correctional Facility upon approval of the Board of the correctional facility for for a period corresponding to and not longer than the term of the Commander.
	As Executive Officer- Systems, it is tasked to this person the burden of categorizing and designing the best possible systems for the Correctional Facility as defined by this Code and the classification of the facility.
	These include (but are not limited to):
	Sanitation and Health Systems
	Food and Beverage Systems, including self-sustaining food growing
	Security and Building Management Systems
	Asset register and tracking systems
	Employment and manufacturing systems
	Information and technology systems
	Education and training systems (where the facility is classified to contain these systems)
	Medical and emergency systems
	All staff, staff rosters, recruitment, training and HR related responsibilities shall be the sole responsibility of the Executive Officer- Operations.
