10. Correctional system facility objects |

Executive Officer-Systems |
|

The Executive Officer- Systems shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the systems, information and technology of a Correctional Facility. |
|
| |
The Executive Officer- Systems shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of the Commander of the Correctional Facility upon approval of the Board of the correctional facility for for a period corresponding to and not longer than the term of the Commander. |
|
| |
As Executive Officer- Systems, it is tasked to this person the burden of categorizing and designing the best possible systems for the Correctional Facility as defined by this Code and the classification of the facility. |

These include (but are not limited to): |
|
| |
Sanitation and Health Systems |
|
| |
Food and Beverage Systems, including self-sustaining food growing |
|
| |
Security and Building Management Systems |
|
| |
Asset register and tracking systems |
|
| |
Employment and manufacturing systems |
|
| |
Information and technology systems |
|
| |
Education and training systems (where the facility is classified to contain these systems) |
|
| |
Medical and emergency systems |
|
| |
All staff, staff rosters, recruitment, training and HR related responsibilities shall be the sole responsibility of the Executive Officer- Operations. |
