| 10.1 | Amendments to the code | |
| Amendments to the Code shall be permitted in the context of amendments to law which includes new and/or amended judicial acts relating to imprisonment, correctional facilities, correctional systems and prisoners. In such cases, the promulgation of such new law shall automatically require the Prison Code itself to be amended to reflect the new/changed provisions without adding or deleting specific articles. |

| In regards to the amendment to the structure of the Code in so far as the addition and/or deletion of specific articles, such amendments shall require the same amendment provisions as the Constitution. |
