| 3.1 | Jurisdiction of the Prison Code | |
| Any remand, detainment centre, prison or other correctional facility, whether civil or military operating in a local, regional or national territory of Arabian Union shall be conducted under this Code. |
||
| This Code shall be the one single document, without exception, to which all correctional facilities defer in relation to the proper procedure and conduct of all correctional law. |
