| 6.1 | The Judicial Code and Police Code | |
| The Judicial Code of the Arabian Union shall be responsible for administering the conditions of and operations of the courts, whereas the Police Code shall be responsible for the administering the code of conduct, functions and operations of law enforcement officials | ||
| The Police Code depends in part upon the Judicial Code in the fair operation of the courts and the hearing of charges and cases of accused persons. | ||
| Similarly, the Judicial Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Police Code in administering the code of conduct, functions and operations of law enforcement officials. | ||
