| 91.1 | Appeal of non-judicial punishment | |
| When a person of rank is issued with a non-judical punishment by a superior rank, there shall be non automatic right of appeal, excepting where the person of rank believes that the punishment given did manifestly exceed the limits set by the code and was done in the knowledge of such breeches. | ||
| In such circumstances, the person of rank has the right to file a formal complaint, which shall form the basis of an investigation to ascertain the substance of the allegation and if the punishment allocated did exceed the limits of the code. | ||
| 91.2 | False accusation an offence in itself | |
| While every member of the armed forces has the right to complain the unjust allocation of a non-judicial punishment if they believe that such punishment manifestly exceeds the limits set herein, such accusations are of such seriousness, that any false accusation is itself a serious offence. | ||
