| 89.1 | Non-Judicial Punishment | |
| Non judicial punishment is any punishment permitted to be allocated by a senior rank upon an inferior rank that is classed as a level 2 offence or lower. | ||
| No person other than a judge or magistrate may allocated punishment for offences greater than a level 2 or lower. | ||
