Justice & operation of
courts |
| |
While offences against the military may be well formed, while penalties may be wisely considered, while all laws may be fair, it is the proper operation of the military courts that have a significant impact on justice and morale.
| |
When accused are unfairly detained for prolonged periods before facing trial, when serious offenders are released by the courts only to re-offend and/or commit more serious offences, when lower ranked personnel are brought to suffer because of the cost and complexity of court procedure then these are signs of injustice. |
| |
Therefore the proper and precise operation of the courts and the administration of law concerning military hearings is of vital importance ensuring that justice prevails in Arabian Union. |
