II. Judicial Standards and Principles

2.3 Justice and Operation of Courts
  Article 24-Respect of Inferior Courts
24.1 Respect of Inferior Courts
Whilst the Courts of the Society hold superior status to any and all courts of an alternate Society as their highest superior courts, respect for due process and to avoid controversy shall be recognized.
Even upon an inferior court demonstrating contempt for the rule of law, their own laws and their society, the Courts of The Society shall seek to always present fair remedy and cure.
Such remedy as the issue of the most sacred and sovereign writs including the arrest of court officers from an inferior court who demonstrate deliberate contempt for the rule of law and their own laws must be seen as a solution of last resort.
24.2 Providing Inferior Courts to address remedy and cure
To ensure inferior courts have sufficient time and opportunity to address remedy and cure, the courts of the Society shall notify the most senior inferior courts of an alternate society the matters which shall be heard and addressed by the superior courts of the society including any public notices of court listings.
Upon such notice, it shall be assumed as notice to principal is notice to agent, that the higher inferior court shall alert all inferior courts as to the matters being addressed by the highest superior courts of the Society.
Any silence shall be taken as approval for the matters to proceed and shall oblige the higher inferior courts to notify the lower inferior courts to demonstrate respect for the authority of the Courts of the Society and to refrain from any further action that may rightfully be construed as contempt and further injury to the law.
