| The Police Code of Arabian Union shall be responsible for administering the code of conduct, functions and operations of law enforcement officials, whereas the Judicial Code shall be responsible for the conditions, procedures and rules of judicial procedure in relation to all Criminal and Civil law matters. | ||
| The Judicial Code depends in part upon the Police Code in the fair operation of law enforcement officials in the investigation of alleged criminal acts, the arrest of men, woman and persons and the preparation of evidence/testimony for the hearing of charges and matters of accused men, women and persons. | ||
| Similarly, the Police Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Judicial Code in establishing the procedure for matters of criminal law brought before the Courts. | ||
