| 3.1 | The Operation of Judicial Code in the Territory of Arabian Union | |
| Any civil or criminal action required by law to be brought before a Judge and Court of a local, regional or national territory of Arabian Union shall be conducted under this Code. | ||
| This Code shall be the one single document to which all Courts defer in relation to the proper procedure and conduct of all civil and criminal action. | ||
