|

Offences involving the consumption and influence of drugs is when persons consume drugs against rules of public safety and the safety of children and others. |

| 1. That the accused was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated under the influence of drugs; |
| 2. That lawful regulations exist regarding the safe consumption of drugs in public; |
| 3. That upon testing the accused, their test results did breach the lawful limit for safe drug consumption. |
