Intoxication is the condition of being drunk as the result of drinking alcoholic beverages.

| 1. That the accused was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated; |
| 2. That lawful regulations exist regarding the safe consumption of alcohol in public; |
| 3. That upon testing the accused alcohol blood content, it did breach the lawful limit for safe alcohol consumption. |
