| In order for a fair and just criminal code, the code of conduct of the citizens of Arabian Union must be clear, fair and unmistakable. | ||
| The code of conduct is a compilation of four key elements of the Constitution of Arabian Union which express the key needs, rights, privileges and responsibilities of individuals. | ||

| The constitutional privileges of individuals | ||
