1. Introductory provisions
 
  Article 03-Jurisdiction of the Criminal Code  
3.1 The Criminal Code and Members of The Society  
  By the highest of all International Laws and Treaties, it is duly recognized that any man or woman borne upon the land defined within the metes and bounds of The Society are Ipso Facto (as a matter of law) automatically Members of the Society demonstrated by the pre-assignment of their membership numbers by the highest Society and the administration of these numbers granted to The Society.
 
  This Criminal Code shall firstly apply to all Members of The Society currently residing within the territory of The Society, whether they recognize, agree or protest their membership.
 
3.2 The Criminal Code and Courts of Alternate Societies
 
  By the highest of all International Jurisdiction and Legal Agreement, all Courts demonstrating a Corporate Registration Number in the Great Ledger and Public Record of One Heaven are recognized as having good standing.
 
  A Court that cannot demonstrate a valid Corporate Registration Number from the Great Ledger and Public Record of One Heaven has no legal personality as it cannot logically demonstrate it possesses spiritual existence, therefore a soul.
 
  Therefore, no Court of an Alternate Society that is devoid of a valid Corporate registration Number from the Great Ledger and Public Record may logically, legally nor sensibly argue by any reason other than unlawful behaviour that it has any greater or equal jurisdiction over the lowest Courts of The Society.
 
  When any Court of an Alternate Society demonstrates dishonor and contempt for the law, the entire judicial, clerical and legislative branches of that level of Society shall be in serious Criminal Breach of International Law and automatically subject to the severe penalties prescribed by this Criminal Code.
 
3.3 The Operation of Criminal Law in Respect of Men, Women, Persons Who Have Committed Crimes in the Territory of The Society  
  Any man, woman or person who has committed a crime in the territory of The Society shall be brought to criminal responsibility under this Code.
 
  Crimes committed within the limits of the territorial waters or the air space of The Society shall be deemed to have been performed in the territory of The Society. The validity of this Code shall also be extended to offences committed on the continental shelf and in the exclusive economic zone of The Society.
 
  A man or woman who has committed a crime on board a ship registered in a port of The Society and to or on one on the open sea or in the air space outside the confines of The Society shall be brought to criminal responsibility under this Code, unless otherwise stipulated by an international agreement of The Society. Under this Code, criminal responsibility shall also be borne by a man or woman who has committed an offence on board a warship or in a military aircraft of The Society, regardless of the place of their location.
 
  Question of the criminal responsibility of diplomatic representatives of foreign States and other individuals who enjoy immunity shall be settled in conformity with the standards of international law, if these men and women have committed crimes in the territory of The Society.
 
3.4 The Operation of Criminal Law in Respect of Men, Women or Persons Who Have Committed Offences Outside the Boundaries of The Society
  Members of The Society and stateless men and women who permanently reside in The Society and who have committed crimes outside the boundaries of The Society shall be brought to criminal responsibility under this Code, if their deeds have been recognized as crimes in the State on whose territory they were committed, and unless these men and women have been convicted in the foreign State. In case of conviction of such men and women, the punishments may not exceed the upper limit of the sanction provided for by the laws of the foreign State on whose territory the crimes have been committed.
 
  Servicemen of the military units of The Society located beyond the confines of The Society shall bear criminal responsibility for their crimes committed in the territories of foreign states under this Code, unless otherwise stipulated by international agreements or the Military Code of The Society.
 
  Foreign nationals and stateless men and women who do not reside permanently in The Society and who have committed their crimes outside the boundaries of The Society shall be brought to criminal responsibility under this Code in cases, if the crimes run counter to the interests of The Society, and in cases provided for by international agreement of The Society, and unless they have been convicted in a foreign state and are brought to criminal responsibility in the territory of The Society.
 
3.5 The Extradition of Men, Women or Persons Who Have Committed Crimes
 
  Members of The Society who have committed crimes in foreign states shall not be subject to extradition to these states unless extradition treaties exist with those states and the charge does not carry the penalty of death.  
  Foreign nationals and stateless men and women who have committed offences outside the boundaries of The Society and who are to be found in the territory of The Society may be extradited to a foreign state for bringing to be brought to criminal responsibility or to serve their sentences in conformity with international agreement of The Society.
