| 72.1 | National Non-Government Organisations | |
| By this Charter, the national non-government association of a member state is recognized an organisation having members, employees or officials which are also citizens of the member state. | ||
| 72.2 | Non support and harbouring of members of an illegal association of the Union | |
| By this Charter, all member states agree to refrain from providing any support and/or harbour or protect members of an illegal association of the Union. An illegal association of the Union shall be by default an illegal associationin every nation of the Union. | ||
| Furthermore, it is expected of each national parliament that the illegality of such association shall further be reinforced by the introduction of national laws that support Union laws in the support and membership of such associations being illegal. | ||
