  Article 21- Privacy and Security
21.1 Privacy and Security
The Globe Union Pronouncement on Privacy and Security is a Sovereign Pronouncement of Original Law proclaiming the essential rights, standards and obligations of all men, women and persons concerning privacy and security.
As Original Law, the Pronouncement takes precedence over all other laws, excepting such Original Law as demonstrated by the originating document giving life and form to this Charter and Free Society.
21.2 Universal Agreement on Privacy and Security
The Universal Agreement on Privacy and Security is a binding Agreement between all Free Societies such as the Arabian Union Free Society recognizing the sovereign authority of the Globe Union Pronouncement on Privacy and Security and to ensure the laws of the society are in harmony with its particular articles.
21.3 Obligation to enforce the articles of the Pronouncement
By this Charter and free and willing association to the Universal Agreement on Privacy and Security, the Arabian Union Free Society is obligated to ensure that the articles of the Sovereign pronouncement are protected, promulgated and enacted across the Earth.
Where an alternative society co-habitating the lands of the Arabian Union Free Society is in clear breach of one or more article of the Globe Union Pronouncement on Privacy and Security, the Society is obligated to seek any and all necessary remedy, whilst respecting due process to ensure these breaches are resolved.
